Rough Primer for Ceramic and Concrete
Technical Product Description:
An acrylic-based primer formulated with a blend of silica and graded quartz sand. It is designed to create a strong, rough-textured surface that improves adhesion on smooth and non-porous substrates.
Suitable for application on existing ceramic tiles, tiles, smooth concrete, and non-porous surfaces, without the need to break or remove the existing surface.
Intended Uses:
• Renovation: Can be applied directly over existing ceramic and tile surfaces without the need for removal.
• Preparation of Smooth Surfaces: Suitable for preparing smooth concrete walls and ceilings (Formwork Concrete) to receive plaster or mortar layers.
• Other Surfaces: Suitable for use on marble, granite, and cement boards.

• High Adhesion Strength: Provides a strong bonding layer between smooth substrates and newly applied coatings or layers.
• Ready to Use: The product is pre-mixed and ready for direct application.
• Drying Time: Approximately 12–24 hours at an ambient temperature of around 25°C.
Surface Preparation:
The surface must be clean, dry, sound, and free from grease, oil, wax, dust, dirt, or other contaminants.
Any loose, weak, or flaking material must be completely removed. If an existing paint coating is present, it must be fully dry, sound, and firmly adhered to the substrate.
Safety Instructions:
• The product is water-based and is considered safe under normal conditions of use.
• Use in a well-ventilated area.
• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
• Keep out of reach of children.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
Keep the product in its original, tightly sealed container.
